Indian Curry Chicken

Ingredients –

2 lbs boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size chunks

1 spanish onion finely sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves of minced garlic

3 tbsp of freshly grated ginger

4 tbsp of Garaham Masala

2 tablespoons fenugreek

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 cup of greek yogurt

 

Place all ingredients in a crock pot.

Cook low for 5 hrs.

Finish with chopped cilantro
