Tangy Lemon Chicken

4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks (or a combination of both)

1-6 ounce box lemon jello powder (NOT sugar free)

3 Tbsp melted butter

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp dried, minced onion flakes

 

Mix together the jello powder, melted butter, mustard, and onion flakes (the consistency should be like a thick paste).  Rub the mixture on the tops of individual chicken pieces, placing the pieces in the crock pot as you go.  Cook on low 6-8 hours.
