2019 was full of changes for Page Hardware & Appliance Co. The biggest of these changes was moving our to Ace Hardware, from True Value. This process involved changing nearly every item on the hardware floor, moving our vacuum, gadget, and bird seed departments, and converting our loyalty program to Ace Rewards. We survived a mountain of overstock, months of not knowing where to find products to fulfill customer requests, and weeks of disruption from the merchandising team. You enjoyed the 75%-off clearance merchandise and the flood of rewards coupons.
